Scott Schnell

+ CO-FOUNDER, CEO

Scott is Co-Founder and CEO of MedZed, where he orchestrated the original business model, technology platform and customer acquisition plan for the company's success with Co-Founder, Neil Solomon. Scott has started, grown, led and ultimately sold tech-enabled service companies during his career, including RMA Home Services, which was sold to Home Depot. Scott is a Certified Public Accountant and graduate of the University of Michigan.

NEIL. A SOLOMON, MD

+ CO-FOUNDER, CMO

Neil is Co-Founder and Chief Strategist at MedZed, where he is responsible for developing our service programs, overseeing our clinical teams, and establishing our clinical processes. Before MedZed, Neil served as VP for Quality and Care System Transformation for Blue Shield of California and held clinical leadership roles at Health Net, Kaiser Permanente, and the Institute for Medical Knowledge Implementation. He is a graduate of the Yale University School of Medicine and Board Certified in Internal Medicine.

Richard Hassett, MD

Rick is a serial CEO with private equity and public company experience leading healthcare service companies and was a full-time academic and multispecialty practice neurologist. Most recently, CEO of Integra ServiceConnect, Rick was responsible for driving the company’s strategic and operational transformation, resulting in its strategic exit. Previously Rick served as CEO of NovaSom, a TPG Capital-controlled home sleep test provider bringing real-time diagnosis into the home. Earlier in his career, Rick was Chief Strategic Officer and later President/COO of Matria Healthcare, a NASDAQ-traded company.

Paul Schnell

Paul is Managing Director and responsible for the overall operations of NFP Corporate Services (NY), with an emphasis on business development and client relations. Paul joined NFP when the firm acquired Dreyfuss & Birke, a boutique insurance consulting and brokerage firm that Paul founded and grew to a nationally recognized organization. Paul has spent his entire career as an insurance consultant. Throughout his career as an insurance consultant, he has been repeatedly recognized at a national level for his ability to identify and proactively execute cost containment strategies in the areas of health and welfare and risk management on behalf of many of the country’s leading institutions.

Adam Letson

Adam Letson is a Vice President at TT Capital Partners, focused on deal execution and portfolio company management for the firm’s dedicated investment vehicles within the healthcare IT and services sectors. Prior to rejoining TTCP in 2017, Adam spent three years at the firm as an Associate where he played a key role in completing several investments and worked closely with management teams on a post-close basis. Adam holds a B.S.B. degree from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Andrey Ostrovsky, MD

Dr. Ostrovsky is the managing partner at Social Innovation Ventures, where he invests in and advises companies and non-profits dedicated to eliminating health disparities. He has deep experience across health policy, population health, value-based payment, and social determinants of health (SDoH). He has also worked on the front line of the opioid use disorder crisis, operating a series of methadone clinics in Baltimore, Maryland. He previously served as the chief medical officer for the Center for Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program CHIP Services.
