Scott Schnell
+ CO-FOUNDER, CEO
Scott orchestrated the original business model, technology platform and customer acquisition plan for the company's success with Co-Founder, Neil Solomon. Scott has started, grown, led and ultimately sold tech-enabled service companies during his career, including RMA Home Services, which was sold to Home Depot. Scott is a Certified Public Accountant and graduate of the University of Michigan.
Neil A. Solomon, MD
+ Co-Founder, Chief Strategist, CMO
Neil is responsible for developing our service programs, overseeing our clinical teams, and establishing our clinical processes. Before MedZed, Neil served as VP for Quality and Care System Transformation for Blue Shield of California and held clinical leadership roles at Health Net, Kaiser Permanente, and the Institute for Medical Knowledge Implementation. He is a graduate of the Yale University School of Medicine and Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
David Shuster
+ Chief Operating Officer
David manages the operations and logistics that enable MedZed to provide comprehensive in-home care to under resourced residents across the country. David is also responsible for expansion into new markets and has successfully launched and operationalized MedZed's programs and services across California, Washington and several major east coast markets. A graduate of the University of Georgia, David has held various healthcare roles over the last ten year and has been with MedZed since its inception.
Stacy Tarradath, MD
+ President, Physician Services
As Medical Director, Stacy oversees our longitudinal and social clinical team, collaborates with other leaders to define a vision of quality improvement while establishing clinical processes which improve patient outcomes. In addition, she serves as an operations consultant to address day-to-day aspects of clinical organizational function and the direct supervisor of physicians and advanced practitioners who provide direct patient care. Prior to joining MedZed, she led and managed clinical operations in a variety of settings including academic medical centers, multispecialty physician groups and urgent care centers. She holds a BS from CUNY, an MD from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine, an MHA from the University of Southern California and is Board Certified in Family Medicine.
Tami Colver
+ Chief People Officer
Tami oversees all aspects of human resources at MedZed, including training, talent, culture, strategy, and onboarding. She also mentors Human Resources professionals in the community. She has more than 20 years’ experience as a human resources executive with small and mid-size organizations in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. She received a BA in Sociology from George Mason University and a MA in Teaching from University of Northern Colorado. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.
ALEX GERSON
+ CHIEF INFORMATION SECURITY OFFICER
Alex is responsible for managing regulatory IT, compliance, and information security processes and integrating these policies into the governance and prioritization efforts. Previously, Alex was MedZed’s Chief Technology Officer. Prior to joining MedZed, Alex co-founded three companies; and held leadership positions at Autodesk and LucasArts. Alex holds a BS in Actuarial Sciences from UNAM (Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico) and a MS in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.
ENRIQUE BALAGUER
+ Chief Growth Officer
Enrique is responsible for go-to-market-strategy, sales, and delivery of MedZed’s ground-breaking patient engagement solutions. His career as a healthcare executive, sales leader, and social entrepreneur spans a broad range of organization types including early-stage startups, Fortune 500 companies, and non-profits. Enrique holds a bachelor's degree in economics and political science from Boston University and a Master of Public Policy from the University of California at Berkeley, Goldman School of Public Policy.
BRIAN SINGER
+ Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Brian will oversee the development and implementation of innovative technology strategies, ensuring that MedZed continues to lead the way in delivering personalized, efficient, and effective healthcare services to our members and communities. Brian Singer is a technology executive with over 20 years of experience in building and transforming software, operations, and technology organizations. Brian graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, with Math, Information Systems, and Science understudies. He has led technology teams and departments across verticals as diverse as Financial Exchanges (CMEGroup), Automotive (GM), Membership (AAA), and HealthCare (Optum) in addition to being a leader in several start-ups in the early. Over the past fifteen years, Brian held multiple senior engineering leadership roles with Amazon (Marketplace / International Retail) and AWS (Networking and Security for Enterprise AWS Customers), as well as serving as Chief Information and Technology Officer for Population Health Management Software and Language Services companies.
JONATHAN PEREZ

Jonathan has a rich history of bringing strategic solutions to health plans and provider groups. His patient-centric partnerships have driven results that improve overall quality measures and scores. He has also been responsible for driving growth in other patient-centered models of care across multiple healthcare verticals. Jonathan is a proven business development leader with a knack for listening to what really matters to clients and making a difference to its members.
Lindsey Hall
+ VP, Social & Episodic Programs, East
Lindsey oversees MedZed's programs in New Jersey, and Maryland focuses on locating and linking members to medical and social services. Lindsey leads all staffing, training, and daily program management, including implementing and launching new programs on the East Coast. Lindsey has over 20 years of social and human services-related experience. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Frostburg State University.
Sophia Warren, NP
+ VP, Clinical Programs
Sophia is responsible for the operational success of our clinical programs. A Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of healthcare entrepreneurship and innovation experience, she has held clinical leadership roles at healthcare start-ups, Fortune 500 companies, and academic medical centers. She has deep experience in process optimization, clinical management of complex cardiology patients, interdisciplinary coordination, and staff development. Sophia received a MS, Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, a BS in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, and a BA from University of Texas at Austin.
